Digital and Analog Audio consoles from Allen & Heath, Mackie, and Soundcraft.

Loudspeakers from d&b, JBL, and Meyer Sound, including flyable arrays, point source loudspeakers, monitor wedges, and powerful subwoofers.


Event Services has what you need to make your event shine. Our large venues have installed theatrical lighting, and we have portable equipment on hand to supplement.

Lighting consoles from ETC and Avolites, including the SmartFade and Titan series.

SourceFour conventional theater lighting fixtures from ETC.
LED uplights from Chauvet and Elation, available to provide splashes of color on walls, or UV light for special events.

Playback and Recording services, via software or Tascam and Denon hardware devices.

Moving lights and Effect fixtures from Chauvet, Martin, and High-End Systems.

Martin Hazers, for atmospheric effects like fog and mist. (Available only outdoors and in the Hub Ballroom).

Event Services has a broad inventory of portable tables, chairs, staging, and other furniture, as well as soft goods.

Stacking Chairs, Padded Folding Chairs, Plush Armchairs, and Bar Stools.
Folding Tables in various shapes and sizes, from 6’ Rectangles, to 5’ and 6’ Rounds.
Cocktail Tables, high and low.
Adjustable Height Pipe and Drape, with both velour and light-weight drape available.
Lecterns and Portable Staging for any situation, including clear Lucite lecterns with the Mason Logo printed in color across the front.
Event Services also provides Coat Racks, Tensa-Barrier Crowd Control Stanchions, Whiteboard Easels, and Flag Sets (US and VA flags).
