KIOSKS FOR MASON DEPARTMENTS AND RSO

Reserving kiosks allows registered student organizations and Mason departments to promote themselves and their upcoming events by advertising at designating kiosk spaces within Student Centers buildings, giving them the opportunity to speak directly with students, faculty, staff and visitors for free of charge. Please carefully read the policies and other kiosk resources below and then submit a reservation request.

LIMITS

Peak Hours (Monday through Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm) – 60 hours per semester (4-hour daily allotment)

Off-Peak Hours – Unlimited

RESERVATIONS

Reservations must be made on 25live at least 2 business days in advanced.

Any student organization that wishes to collect money or donation items must follow Student Involvement’s cash handling procedures.

Kiosks can be reserved for up four hours per day.

Availability of space is not guaranteed. Reservations are based on availability of unreserved space. Reservations must be made at least two business days in advanced.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Organizations may request to cancel a reservation date no later than two business days prior to the reservation date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to reservation: Total reservation hours will be counted towards semester allotment. “No shows” will lose hours. Multiple “no shows” will lead to a loss of kiosk privileges for the current or following semester.

If you arrive for your kiosk reservation and find that another organization, department, or individual is set up at your assigned kiosk, kindly call Student Centers at (703) 993-2921 or visit us in the Johnson Center room 324 to resolve the issue.
Please do not set up at a different kiosk without speaking with us.
