Student Centers Celebrates Its Student Employees

On April 30th, Mason Student Centers celebrated its student employees at the Corner Pocket.

“We truly appreciate the hard work of all our student employees and we want to celebrate them and thank them for the amazing work they do,” said Ric McClendon, associate director, Student Centers.

It was a great opportunity for the student employees to get together and have a good time outside of work.

Steve Morehouse, director, announced the Employees of the Month for March 2018. They are: Nicolas Forero, Marissa Ehrhardt, and Timothy Mulvihill. Congratulations!

We also celebrated our seniors, who will be graduating in two weeks. They are Connor Chmel, Cristian Figueredo, Mary “Lizzie” MacKercher, Cameron Kraatz, Mathew East, Julie Cao, Erica Vo, Heather Marshall, Amanda McDermott, and James Ferrick.

With student employees graduating this semester, new positions are opening and we encourage students to investigate available positions and join our team.

The Corner Pocket is a fun place open to all students and staff, where you can play games, hang out with your friends, study, or just relax.

The next Student Centers event will be Corner Pocket on the Plaza on May 8th. The event will bring Corner Pocket games and fun to the outdoors at Wilkins Plaza from 11:00am to 3:00pm. All students are invited to participate. Save the date!
