Event Services is dedicated to supplying resources and excellent customer service to ensure your meeting or event is a success!
After your reservation request is processed by University Events, our Coordination team can work with you to ensure your event vision becomes a reality. We can consult on portable equipment like furnishings, lighting, sound systems, video projection, and more. Event Services contracts almost 2000 events a year with portable equipment and expert staff support.
Event Services Operations
Our Operations staff ensure that your event in our Student Centers-managed spaces is properly set up for your needs. While some of our meeting spaces have fixed standard layouts, many of our venues can be set according to custom layouts. Our staff will set up each room according to your specific needs based on approved custom diagrams or standard layouts and ensure that any requested in-house audiovisual equipment is set and ready for your event. On average Event Services supports over 20,000 meetings and events a year.
Event Services Production
Want to add a little something special to your event? Our Event Services Production team provides technical and non-technical equipment and support to enhance your indoor or outdoor event with furnishings, sound reinforcement, lighting, video projection, and more. Make sure your Event Order has what you need, and our Production team will make it happen!
