Organizations present included OIPS, Study Abroad, Social Action & Integrative Learning, the School of Conflict Analysis and Resolution, and more!

During Global Kiosk Day, students in the Atrium had the opportunity to interact with these different organizations and learn how to engage with global education during their time at Mason. The participating organizations offered various resources, fun giveaways, and of course, friendly smiles!

The Global Kiosk Day is part of the larger OIPS event Peace Week. Running from September 12 – September 21, Peace Week serves to promote and celebrate the existence of all forms of peace. Learn more here.

Microwaves in SUB I! Now that’s hot!

The two microwaves on the first floor of SUB I

Two microwaves are now available on the first floor of SUB I

Do you bring your lunch to campus? Did you know you can heat up your favorite leftovers in Student Centers buildings?

At the start of this semester, Student Centers employees installed microwaves on the first floor of SUB I! The microwaves are located near Rathskeller and Taco Bell and are open for all students, faculty, and other visitors to use.

Student Centers asks that you help keep the microwaves in good condition by cleaning up after yourself and refrain from putting any metal in the microwave.

The Johnson Center also features six microwaves conveniently located in the first floor atrium for public use.

If you ever notice that microwaves in the JC or SUB I are malfunctioning, please help us out by submitting a work order.
