| RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.
Answer all in-coming phone
calls; transfer calls; take messages.
2. File all invoices and
other necessary paperwork.
3. Promptly greet and
assist office visitors when administrative assistance is
unavailable.
4. Assist in scheduling
tables/kiosks for organizational and outside vendor
purposes.
5. Assist in renting
university student lockers when required.
6. Assist in reserving
advertising space to include, but not limited to banners and
table tents.
7. Use radio to dispatch
emergency requests or immediate concerns to Operations
Staff.
8. Assist with projects
and other tasks as assigned.
9. Assist in the overall
operation of the department.
10. Represent the
department professionally at all times.
11. Attend staff meetings;
dress in appropriate attire when on duty; wear nametags
and uniforms when required.
12. Complete other tasks
as assigned.
