Kiosk Reservation Form
Use the below form to request a kiosk reservation! Please submit this request at least two business days prior to your first reservation date to allow enough time for processing. Availability of the dates, times, and locations you request is not guaranteed. You can check the most current availability here. Please note that certain times of the academic year, such as the start of a semester, are often busier and availability may be limited and Student Centers may take longer to process your request.
Submitting the form means that you not only agree to the policies provided at the bottom of the form but the policies dictated for your respective organization type. Please make sure you have read and understand the policies for GMU departments and student orgs, academic projects, or external organizations before submitting your request.
After you submit your request, Student Centers will contact you with any questions or conflicts, and you will receive a confirmation email when your reservation is scheduled.
