Banner Reservation Request Form

Use the below form to request banner reservation! Please submit this request at least 5 – 10 business days prior to your first reservation date to allow enough time for processing. Availability of the banner location(s) you request is not guaranteed. Please note that certain times of the academic year, such as the start of a semester, are often busier and availability may be limited.

Submitting the form means that you agree to Student Centers’s banner policies found at the bottom of the reservation form as well as on the main banner page.

Please note that Student Centers staff put up and take down banners on Sundays. You must drop off your banner in the Johnson Center, room 324 by 3:00 PM the Friday before your reservation start date or your banner may not be hung.

After you submit your request, Student Centers will contact you with any questions or conflicts, and you will receive a confirmation email when your reservation is scheduled.
