| Reservation
Period |
| The reservation may be made for the
maximum of 14 days or 70 days per semester. Table tents will be removed every Sunday between 5pm
and 6pm. You may replenish the supply during the week or after 6pm on Sundays. |

| Displaying |
| Mason organizations
are responsible for placing their table tents on the tables. Each
table tent must be stamped "Approved" by the Student Centers. Mason
organizations that post in areas that are not approved such as entry door
windows, painted
walls, stair railes,
floors, etc. will be assessed a removal fee of $10 per posting. |

| Mason organizations
may reserve space for Banners in the Johnson Center and Student Unions.
See Student Centers in the Johnson Center, Room 324. |

banners to be posted on the Johnson Center Plazas, contact Physical Plant
at (703)993-2525. The dimensions on the Plaza banners must be exactly 98
inches tall by 30 inches wide; dimensions include a 4.75 inch open seam
at top and bottom. |

| Mason organizations, individual faculty, staff and students, companies, recruiters, groups, churches and all other individuals may post in the Johnson Center, Student Union I and II. Report to Johnson Center Information Desk for posting stamp. |

in the stairwells of Student Union I, on bulletin boards in Student Union II, and on walls directly
facing each elevator on floors 1- 3 in the Johnson Center. |

Companies, groups, recruiters, churches and all other individuals may reserve table/kiosk space in the Johnson Center, Student Union I or II, and Student Union I Quad at the appropriate rate per day. This rate and
rate structure are subject to change without notice.

Leafleting
| Mason organizations, individual faculty, staff and students are permitted to leaflet commercial and non-commercial
materials. Companies, recruiters, groups, churches and all other individuals are permitted to leaflet non-commercial materials. |

| Submitting Requests |
| A copy of the material
to be hand distributed must be tendered to Student Centers, Room 324 Johnson
Center, to obtain a leafleting permit, at least 24 hours prior to the activity
and must bear the name of the sponsoring organization or individuals. |
| Locations |
| Leafleting is permitted in sidewalk areas immediately in front of the Johnson Center, Student Union I and II and requires a leafleting permit. Additionally leafleting activity can occur at reserved tables and kiosks in and around the Johnson Center, Student Union I and II and designated locations in accordance with procedures related to University Policy 1110. |

Mason organizations
may reserve "sight,
sound and motion" advertising space on the plasma advertising
screen on the atrium level of the Johnson Center, please complete
the plasma reservation
form and then contact the Student Centers
in the Johnson Center, Room 324. |
