Do you have an event coming up in the Johnson Center’s Dewberry Hall? You may know that Dewberry may be arranged in a theater style, classroom style, vendor style, or fashion runway style, or other prearranged venue setups. However, sometimes these types of setups don’t exactly fit the nature of your event.
Luckily, Dewberry is a dynamic space, able to be setup in a variety of different ways. If none of the prearranged event setups are right for your particular event, custom setups can be created.
After receiving confirmation of the date and time of your event in Dewberry Hall, contact the Office of Events Management to let them know your desired layout. Simply sketch out what it is you would like in the space (or describe it in detail if you are not artistically inclined).
If you are Mason faculty or staff, send your drawing or description to Samantha Price, Assistant Director of Scheduling for Events Management. If you are representing a Registered Student Organization, send your drawing or description to Heather Crandall, Scheduling Manager for Events Management. They will take care of converting your ideas into a scale layout.
